ABouT me

Summer GentiLle
Summer has been lifting weights and conditioning herself through speed/endurance efforts for more than 19 years. With an extensive background in military, law enforcement and physical fitness, Summer specialized in Sports training, tactical conjugate training, and women's fitness. Summer is certified conjugate tactical coach and Gym Jones intermediate certified. She is a competitive NPC bikini athlete who knows what dedication to health and aesthetics is all about. Coach Summer knows her desire in building a better mind and body go hand and hand with her other desires to help her clients achieve their goals; whether its building younger athletes to get them to the next level of their careers to others wanting to be fit and healthy and enjoy life. She will always continue to grow and add more to the gym through concrete fitness applications, up coming continued education and sound advice to help train strengthen and mentor her people.

SERVICES
hypertrophy
Training
Hypertrophy weight training with the intent to increase muscle size, or to gain additional muscle mass. Hypertrophy is muscle growth spurred on by muscles overcoming external force.
Weight training can be performed with free weights, such as barbells and dumbbells, or by using weight machines. You can also increase your strength through other types of resistance exercises, such as by using your body weight or resistance bands.


sports
specific
Our sports specific training will focus on the athlete’s goals in both GPP & SPP. General Physical Preparedness, GPP, is all about building physical attributes that would benefit the athlete at their athletic endeavor – things like metabolic conditioning, aerobic endurance, strength, power, flexibility, speed, and physical structure. This is the off season training. As a sports season approaches, athletes begin focusing more on the skills they need to be successful at their sport. This is known as SPP – specific physical preparedness.

Summer has a PN1 certification from the world's most respected nutrition education program. She will give you the knowledge, systems, and tools you need to really understand how nutrition influences a person's health and fitness.

Sessions
Each session is 60-75 mins depending on the availability of the client and consists of an area specific warm up, area of concentration movements accessory work and cool down.

Coaching
Each session is crafted and programmed by either Coach Summer or Coach AJ for the needs of the client.

nutrition
Coach summer is PN1 Nutrition certified, who can help create the life style changes need to crate a new healthy journey that goes hand and hand with physical fitness. Proper food gives your body the energy it needs to do the job you want — even if you are trying to lose weight, or gain muscle mass. Skimping on nutrition can reduce muscle mass, lower bone density and cause fatigue. This puts you at risk of injury and illness.
